I’ve been in real estate since 1993 and have seen vast, expansive industry changes. Having an adaptable personality has allowed me to easily transition during these evolutions which, in turn, fostered a deep understanding of the local real estate market and its yearly trends. I have also had the opportunity to experience just about every problem you could possibly encounter during a transaction and have developed the knowledge to deftly strategize a solution in no time. I take what I do seriously because I am responsible for helping you through, what is most likely, the biggest investment of your life and am dedicated to making sure you are happy with the results.

I first decided to get into the real estate industry because I love interacting with and meeting new people. I find it exciting to learn about someone’s life and their unique situation as well as their wants, hopes and dreams. I am able to utilize my down-to-earth, relaxed demeanor to connect with clients and keep the process personal, focusing solely on their needs. As a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) and as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) with an e-Pro Certification, I am continually looking for chances to elevate my service and offer my clients the best experience around.

Outside of real estate, my life is relatively low-key. I have been married to my wonderful husband since 1973 and we spend most of our time simply enjoying life. As a breast cancer survivor, I was highly involved with the cancer community and Relay For Life. I was a team captain since 1999 and together, my team, Captain Morgan's Cancer Crusaders, and I have raised over $1.3 million dollars for cancer research. My husband and I have been in Lancaster since 1974 and this area is just beautiful. I have had many opportunities to travel all over and when it comes down to it, Lancaster is still my favorite place to be. This region offers so much with its convenient location and its abundance of proud, friendly residents. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else and love being able to help my clients find their home here, too.
